Spectrum Belt Conveyors are of modular design and can be used for horizontal conveying of material like food grains, cereals and other granular products. The Conveyors consist of two rotary drums with an endless conveyor belt running between them.

Features
Multi-ply Belts	The conveyor uses multi-ply 'N'-PVC coated belts for conveying food grade material. Number of plies vary according to length and capacity of the conveyor.
Rotary Drums	Drums are mounted on universal life time lubricated swivel bearings. The drums are driven by a motor coupled to a Worm Reduction gear box. The non-driven drum can be adjusted to enable tensioning of the belt.
Idler Roller	Idler rollers mounted on pillow block bearings are provided at the bottom for free movement of the belt.
Skirting	Side skirting is provided for the conveyor belt to prevent spillage of material over the sides as well as clogging of the conveyor.

Design
* Drive arrangements mounted on a separate bed makes the entire conveyor assembly movable. * Modular design of the conveyor frame allow attachment of additional sections. * Optional electronic time delay relay for controlling on-time and off-time of belt run for hand picking of products.
