The
Elevator comprises of three sections - top or discharge
section, middle or trunk section and the bottom or intake
section. The trunk sections, which are of standard length,
can be added or detached to adjust the height of the elevator. |

An
all-steel frame ensures rigidity with cross supports at
regular intervals between the legs also doubling as built-in
ladders. |
| Belting |
The
belt is made from rubber coated, multi-ply synthetic fiber
with the number of plies and width varying according to
requirement. Buckets attached at regular intervals run over
top and bottom crowned pulleys. |
| Buckets |
Buckets
are manufactured from deep drawn steel of adequate gauge
attached to the belt by locking type bolts that sit flush
with the belt face. |

Phase Motor |
A
totally enclosed fan cooled induction motor is provided
as standard equipment.
All bearings used in Spectrum Bucket Elevators are of the
Universal Flange Cartridge type which are lifetime lubricated. |
