Gravity Separators are used to separate material of the same size but with a different specific weight. Spectrum Gravity separators effectively remove partially eaten, immature and broken seeds. Our machines are also used to standardize coffee, peanuts, corn, peas, rice, wheat, sesame and other food grains.

* Products flow over a vibrating deck over which pressurized air is forced causing the material to stratify according to specific gravity.

* Accurately adjusted pressurized air supply enables efficient separation by specific weight. Air supply is regulated by individually adjusted fans which control the volume of air distributed to different areas of the vibrating deck.

* All operations including table inclination, feed rate and speed of eccentric motion can be precisely and easily controlled with minimum effort.
